Whose name is the domain in?
Yours. You are the registrant, never us. We register and renew it for you through our registrar, Synergy Wholesale.
What do I need for a .com.au?
The registry asks for an active Australian Business Number (ABN) or company number (ACN) for .com.au and .net.au names. We look it up when you register, so the name on the domain matches the official record.
How does renewal work?
We email you 30 days and again 7 days before the domain is due to expire. Then the yearly price is charged to the card you used and the domain is renewed, and Stripe emails a receipt. Ask us to stop it any time and the name stays registered to you until it expires.
Can you point it at my website and email?
Yes. Reply to the confirmation email, or ask us when we build your site, and we connect it for you.
What is a premium name?
Some short or popular names are sold by the registry at a higher price. Search shows them as premium; ask us and we will quote it.
