Everything is quoted. Nothing is hidden.

Every build is scoped on a short call and quoted in writing: a low up-front build fee, then a monthly plan that carries the rest and keeps it hosted, monitored and supported, fully managed. Your data is yours to export as CSV any time. You see the whole running cost before you commit.

One simple model

A low up-front build fee, then a monthly plan. We build, host and run the software and everything around it, so nothing is ever left for you to maintain. Your data is yours, exportable as CSV any time. The buyout price, if you ever want the code in-house, is fixed in your quote from day one.

2

Hosting is a monthly plan

Once it is live, one of the plans below keeps it hosted, monitored, backed up and supported. The plan and its monthly fee are named in your quote. Pick one when you launch, change it any time.

3

Work is by the hour

Changes and new features are billed by the hour at the rate in your quote, or from a prepaid block that works out cheaper. Always logged in your portal, never a shock.

Pick a plan when you launch.

All plans include hosting, SSL, your domain, uptime monitoring, backups and security patches. The difference is how closely it is watched and how fast a person responds. The monthly fee for your plan is set out in your quote, in Australian dollars plus GST.

The things people ask about pricing.

How are builds priced?

Every build is scoped on a short call and quoted in writing: a fixed up-front fee for a written scope, with the schedule and the monthly plan after launch. The plan carries the real cost of the software instead of charging it all up front, and covers running it for you. A buyout price is fixed in the quote if you ever want to take it in-house; the full terms are in our Terms of Service.

Is there a minimum term?

Yes, twelve months on the monthly plan, because the plan is carrying part of the build cost. After that it is month to month with 30 days notice.

Do I have to be on a plan?

Yes. The plan is what keeps your software hosted, watched, patched and backed up, and it carries part of the build cost. If you leave, you take your data with you as a CSV export and the plan ends at the end of its term.

Can I change plans later?

Any time, up or down, from the month after you start. As your product grows you can move up; if a quiet season comes you can move down.

Who holds the accounts and the payment?

The domain, hosting, app store listings and email are set up and run for you as part of the plan. Your customers pay into your own payment account, never ours, and your data is yours to view and export at any time. These plans are only for our own hosting and support fee, paid to us through Stripe.

How are changes billed?

Plans cover hosting, monitoring, patches, backups and a response time. Changes are quoted or logged by the hour, and Grow includes one small change a month. Everything logged is visible in your portal before it is billed.

Why are there no prices on this page?

Because no two builds are the same, and a number on a page is either too high for a small job or too low for a big one. We would rather spend fifteen minutes on a call and give you a real figure in writing, with the monthly plan beside it, than have you guess.

Is GST included?

Quotes are in Australian dollars plus GST. GST is shown on every quote and invoice, and you get a proper tax invoice each month.
