Where does the data come from?
From the systems you already run: your app, Xero, your CRM, point of sale, spreadsheets and so on. We connect them, clean the data and join it in a Sydney database you own.
Can I see it on my phone?
Yes. Dashboards are built to work on a phone first, and the numbers you care about most can be sent as a morning summary.
What about privacy for customer data?
Reports are built on aggregated or de-identified data wherever possible, access is by role, and the database has row-level security. We document what is stored and why.
Do we need a data warehouse?
Not always. A single business with a few systems often needs a well-designed reporting database, not a warehouse. We recommend the smallest thing that answers your questions reliably.
