If it looks like a fit we set up a call within a few days. We talk about real work you have shipped and real work we have on.
Start on something real
Engagements usually start with a defined piece of work so both sides see how it feels. The details are agreed in writing before anything starts.

Where is the work?
Remote across Australia. We work Australian hours and everything we host lives in Australia.
Contract or permanent?
Most engagements start on contract with a defined first piece of work. Where it grows from there is up to both sides, and some roles convert to ongoing arrangements.
What should the link show?
Something you built and can talk about honestly: a product, a repository, a demo, a write-up. Real and small beats impressive and vague.
Do I need a degree?
No. We care about what you have shipped and how you think about production systems, not where you studied.
What happens with my details?
Your application is only used to consider you for work with 2036studios or the client teams we recruit for, and is handled under our privacy policy. Ask any time and we delete it.
