Both. The key screens and flows are designed and tested before build so the quote is accurate. Detail screens are designed during the build in the same system so everything matches.
Can you redesign software that already works?
Yes, and it is a common job. We keep the data and logic, redesign the screens and flows, and roll it out in stages so your team is never without the tool.
Does accessibility matter for a small business?
It does. Accessible software is easier for everyone to use, and public-facing services in Australia are expected to meet WCAG. We build to the standard rather than patching it later.
Will I get the design files?
Yes. Design files, the component library and written guidelines are yours at handover.
