iOS and Android apps

When your customers or staff want an app on their phone, we build it and publish it under your business name. The developer accounts are yours. Where it makes sense the app shares its code and data with your web app, so there is one system to maintain, not two.

Every engagement

  • Quoted in writing before work starts
  • Accounts and code in your name
  • Your customers pay you, never us

What we do

The full scope, in plain language.

Pick what you need; the quote lists each item so nothing is vague.

  • Store apps for iOS and Android, published in your name
  • Installable web apps when a store listing is not needed yet
  • Fully native apps when the app is the product
  • Push notifications, offline mode and background sync
  • Face ID, fingerprint sign-in, camera, barcode and document capture
  • In-app payments through your own Square or Stripe account
  • Store listings, screenshots, privacy labels and review compliance
  • Delete-account flows and the policies Apple and Google require
  • Ongoing app store management, updates and OS releases
  • Staff apps for the field with jobs, photos and sign-off

How it runs

From first call to a system you rely on.

  1. 1

    Scope call

Thirty minutes on what the software must do on day one, who uses it and what it connects to. No charge.

  2. 2

    Quote in writing

A written quote within two business days: what is included, what is not, the schedule and the monthly plan after launch.

  3. 3

    Build with weekly demos

You see working software every week on a preview link and give feedback on the real thing. Progress and approvals live in your portal.

  4. 4

    Launch in your accounts

Domain, app stores, email and payments are set up in your name with us as admin. Nothing is held hostage.

  5. 5

    Host and maintain

We host it in Sydney, monitor it, patch it, back it up and answer when something is wrong. One monthly plan, in writing.

Questions

Before you ask for a quote.

Specific answers for this service. Anything else, ask and we reply within one business day.

Do I need my own Apple and Google developer accounts?

Yes, and we set them up with you. Apple requires apps to be published by the business they represent, and it means the listing, reviews and customers stay yours. We are an admin on the accounts, never the owner.

Native app or installable web app?

We start with the installable web app when it does the job: it ships fast, updates instantly and needs no store review. We move to a store app when you need native push, camera and biometrics, or a store presence matters to your customers. Fully native only when the app is the product.

Can customers pay inside the app?

Yes, for physical services and goods such as memberships, bookings and retail, through your own Square or Stripe account. Digital goods and subscriptions to the app itself go through Apple and Google billing. We tell you which applies before the quote.

What happens at each iOS and Android release?

On a hosting and maintenance plan we test the app on new OS versions, update the build tools and re-submit before anything breaks for your users.
