For founders

Ship the product. Keep the cap table.

Senior engineers who have built and run paid products, working to a written quote, on a stack your next hire will thank you for. Validate in weeks, launch in months, and own every account and every line of code.

Validate

Two weeks to something you can test and a number you can budget.

Discovery sprint

Two weeks. We interview you and a handful of your target users, map the workflow, design a clickable prototype, and write a build plan with a quote and a week-by-week schedule. You leave with something to test and a number to budget.

Founder sprint

For non-technical founders. Everything in the discovery sprint plus the technical appendix for your pitch: architecture, cost to build and run, data and privacy posture, hiring plan. Written for an investor who will ask hard questions.

Build

Quoted in writing. Weekly demos. One invoice at the start and one at launch.

Every build ships with monitoring, error reporting, backups and a deploy pipeline, and gets a security review before launch. The scope, the schedule and the quote are in writing before we start.

After launch

Someone stays responsible for it.

Hosting and maintenance

We host it in Sydney, watch it around the clock, patch it and back it up. A response time in writing and a portal with tickets, hours and invoices. Month to month after a short minimum.

Changes and new features

Quoted in writing or logged by the hour in your portal. Prepaid blocks of hours are available when you expect a steady stream of changes.

A senior engineer when you need one

Architecture calls, vendor decisions, interviewing your first hires, and the technical answers for investors and enterprise customers. Cancel any month.

The stack

What we build on, and why.

Chosen so the product can be taken in-house, raise a round and hire without a rewrite.

Next.js on Vercel

Server rendering, edge caching and preview deployments per pull request. Functions pinned to Sydney.

Postgres on Supabase

Row level security on every table, auth, storage and realtime in one Sydney project in your name.

Stripe or Square

Billing through your own account from day one. We are a developer on it, never the merchant.

Web first, then the stores

Installable web app with push in week one. iOS and Android as a native shell on your own developer accounts when traction says so. Fully native only when the app is the product.

TypeScript, strict

One language front to back, typed end to end, CI that refuses to deploy a type error.

Boring on purpose

Every piece has a hosted tier, a migration path and a hiring pool. Nothing you will have to rewrite to raise a round.

Handover

Built to be taken in-house.

No lock-in, no export fee. Everything is set up so your first engineering hire can pick it up in a week.

  • The repository is in your GitHub organisation from the first commit, with CI, environments and written engineering rules.
  • Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, domain and store accounts are in your name. We hold admin, you hold ownership, and you can remove us in an afternoon.
  • Every system ships with runbooks, a data model document and an architecture note your next engineer can read in an hour.
  • When you hire, we onboard them, hand over the on-call, and step back to a hosting plan or nothing at all. No lock-in, no export fee.

Send the one-pager, or just the idea.

We reply within one business day with whether we are the right fit and a suggested first step. The quote follows in writing. Sydney time.
