Lawful use
Apps we build and host must be used lawfully and in line with the terms of the third-party services they rely on (payments, app stores, email).
Prohibited content
No unlawful, infringing, deceptive or abusive content, and no unsolicited bulk messaging through services we operate for you.
Security
Keep your login details private. Tell us promptly if you suspect an account is compromised. Do not attempt to access data that is not yours, probe or test our infrastructure without written agreement, or interfere with services we run for other clients.
Fair use
Support channels are for your team. Volumes far beyond what is normal for your plan, or automated abuse of support, may require a plan change, which we will discuss with you first.
Enforcement
We may suspend a service that breaches this policy after giving notice where reasonably possible. We restore it once the breach is resolved. Deliberate or repeated breaches may end the engagement under the terms of service.
