How we work
Builds are quoted. Hosting and maintenance is the monthly relationship.
Every build, review, integration and audit is quoted in writing before work starts. After launch a monthly plan buys Sydney hosting, monitoring, patches, backups and a response time in writing. Changes are quoted or logged by the hour in your portal, never bundled and hidden.

Thirty minutes on what the software must do on day one, who uses it and what it connects to. No charge.

Quote in writing
A written quote within two business days: what is included, what is not, the schedule and the monthly plan after launch.

Build with weekly demos
You see working software every week on a preview link and give feedback on the real thing. Progress and approvals live in your portal.

Launch in your accounts
Domain, app stores, email and payments are set up in your name with us as admin. Nothing is held hostage.

Host and maintain
We host it in Sydney, monitor it, patch it, back it up and answer when something is wrong. One monthly plan, in writing.

Who owns the code and the data?
You do. The code lives in a repository you own, the database is in your name and every account we touch is yours with us as admin. We keep a copy to do our job, nothing more.
Does my customers' money go through you?
Never. Payments run through your own Square or Stripe account. Your customers pay you, the money lands in your bank, and we only ever invoice you for our own fees.
How do you quote?
A scope call first, then a written quote within two business days. It lists what is included, what is not, the schedule, and the hosting plan after launch. Changes after that are quoted or logged by the hour.
Can you take over software someone else built?
Yes. We start with a rescue audit, tell you plainly what state it is in, then fix, secure and host it. If it is not worth saving, we say so and quote a rebuild.
What happens if I leave?
You take everything. We hand over the accounts, the code and a copy of the database, and remove ourselves as admin. There is no export fee and nothing is held back.
Do you work outside Sydney?
Yes. Most of our work is remote with clients across Australia. On-site hardware work is Sydney first, and further by arrangement.
