Who looks after the code and the data?
We do, end to end: the software, hosting, domain, app store listings and email are set up and run for you, so nothing is left for you to maintain. Your data is yours: see all of it in your portal and export it as CSV at any time, at no charge. Your customers pay into your own payment account. The ownership and licence terms, including the buyout price if you ever want to take the code in-house, are set out in our Terms of Service and your quote.
Does my customers' money go through you?
Never. Payments run through your own Square or Stripe account. Your customers pay you, the money lands in your bank, and we only ever invoice you for our own fees.
How do you quote?
A scope call first, then a written quote within two business days. It lists what is included, what is not, the schedule, and the hosting plan after launch. Changes after that are quoted or logged by the hour.
Can you take over software someone else built?
Yes. We start with a rescue audit, tell you plainly what state it is in, then fix, secure and host it. If it is not worth saving, we say so and quote a rebuild.
What happens if I leave?
You export your data as CSV, with no export fee and nothing held back, and the plan ends at the end of its term. If you would like the software itself, the buyout price in your quote applies.
Do you work Australia-wide?
Yes. Most of our work is remote with clients across Australia. On-site hardware work is arranged as part of the quote.
